摘　　要：研究在硫酸盐酸介质下,心得安(盐酸普萘洛尔)与铈和罗丹明B的化学发光行为,并对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行实验和探讨,建立了流动注射化学发光法检测心得安的新方法。其线性范围为8.0×10-5～8.0×10-3g/L;检出限为2×10-5g/L;对1.0mg/L心得安连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为15%。该方法应用于心得安片剂含量测定并与标准方法(中国药典法)比较,结果满意。A new system for the determination of propranolol hydrochloride with flow injection chemiluminescences was described. It is based on the chemiluminescence's reaction of propranolol hydrochloride-Ce(IV)-rhodamine B in acidity medium. A method based on the enhanced chemiluminescence for propranolol hydrochloride determination has been developed. The method has high sensitivity, selectivity and good repeatability with a linear concentration range of 8.0 x 10(-5) similar to 8.0 x 10(-3) g/L propranolol hydrochloride and a detection limit of 2 x 10(-5) g/L and RSD of 1. 5 % (n =11, C-s = 1.0 mg/L).
