高效液相色谱法测定感冒灵冲剂中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

摘　　要：目的 :为感冒灵冲剂建立专属性含量测定方法。方法 :采用 HPL C法测定。色谱柱 :Kromisil C1 8柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 -水(35∶ 6 5 ) ,检测波长 :2 4 9nm。结果 :对乙酰氨基酚在进样量为 0 .2 0 77～ 6 .198μg·μl- 1 范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为 98.3% ,RSD为 0 .82 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法操作简便 ,易行 ,具有实用性。Objective:To establish a special det ermination method for Ganmaoling Granules.Methods:Using HPLC with Kromasil C 18 column, Methano l-water(35∶65) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 249 nm.Results:The linearity was good within the range of 0.207 7 ～6.198 μg·μl -1 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery were 98.3% and RSD 0.82% (n=5) respectively.Conclusion:This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
