摘　　要：出口企业作为对外贸易的主体和反倾销调查的受害者,应该积极应对国外反倾销调查,事前要积极防御,尽量避免反倾销调查的发生;事中要积极应诉,利用法律手段维护自己的合法权益;事后要总结思考,吸取教训,采取补救措施,尽量减小损失.Output corporation, as a main body of overseas trade and a damaged unit of antidumping investigation, should actively deal with overseas antidumping investigation. Before the investigation, it wants to avoid actively and prevent the occurrence of the investigation; if the investigation happened, it wants to defend actively and vindicate itself legal rights and interests with legal methods; after the investigation it wants to sum up and assimilate the experience so as to remedy measure and reduce loss.
