摘  要:用沉淀法制备了Eu3+掺杂的Y2O2S磷光材料,测量并研究了掺杂不同物质的量的Eu3+离子的Y2O2S磷光材料的发射谱和激发谱.发射光谱对应了Eu3+离子5DJ(J=0,1,2,3)-7FJ(J=0,1,2,3,4)的特征发射,激发光谱主峰对应260,345,468,540nm等,余辉时间(到人眼的最小亮度分辨率0.32mcd/m2)可达1h以上.Synthesis of the Eu^(3+)-activated Y_2O_2S by Co-precipitation method was presented. The crystalline phases by direct sintering method and Co-precipitation method were investigated. The excitation spectra and emission spectra of Y_2O_2S phosphors doped with different Eu^(3+) molar ratio were measured. The main emission peaks ascribed to Eu^(3+) ions transition from ()~5D_J(J=0,1.2)to ()~7F_J(J=0,1,2,3,4) were found. The main excitation peaks includes 260 nm, 345 nm, 468 nm, 540 nm etc. The afterglow time was over 1 hour in the light perception of the dark-adapted human eye (0.32 mcd/m^2).
