摘  要:采用Fenton氧化与生化组合技术处理生物难降解的采油废水的研究结果表明 ,Fenton氧化技术不但对采油废水中有机质有较好的去除率 ,而且大大地改善了废水的可生化性 ,在H2 O2 的投加浓度和Fe2 + 与H2 O2 的摩尔比分别为10mmol/L和 0 .1的条件下 ,经过 30min氧化后可使废水BOD值由原来的 5mg/L上升至 4 0mg/L ;同时随着氧化时间的延长 ,废水中残余的有机物分子量逐渐降低。 30min氧化后的废水经过生物处理 ,其出水COD值为 10 2mg/L ,可以满足国家综合污水外排标准 ,经济分析结果表明 ,该技术处理采油废水的运行成本为 1 4 7元 /t。这一技术在解决石油行业采油废水的外排达标方面具有很好的应用前景。The oil production wastewater was treated by the combination process of Fenton oxidation with biochemical technology. The experimental results indicate that Fenton oxidation can remove the organic substances and greatly improve the biochemicaldegradablity of the wastewater. BOD rises from 5 mg/L to 40 mg/L under the conditions of H 2O 2 dose of 10 mmol/L and Fe(II)/H 2O 2 ratio of 0.1, for 30 min. Molecular weight of the residual organic substances reduces gradually along with the oxidation time. Furthermore, COD can be reduced to 102 mg/L by the biological treatment following the Fenton oxidation, which can meet National Comprehension Standards of Sewage Discharge. Economic analysis shows that operation fee of this technology is just 1.47 Yuan per ton. In a word, it has a bright application future in the aspect of treating oil field produced wastewater to meet the discharge standard.
