摘　　要：中国邮政与电信企业可以在多个方面开展合作,本文提出了邮政与电信业务合作的新体系,并以短信增值业务为重点,就邮政与电信合作业务的目标、模式、策略及投入产出效益等方面进行了详细分析,以期为邮政电信合作提供有益的借鉴。The business co-operation between Chinapost and Telecom companies can be conducted in many ways, which is described as a new system of cooperative business in this paper. Then the objective and the model of value-added-SMS business are discussed emphatically, and its input-output benefit is also analyzed in detail, which will offer some beneficial suggestions for the co-operation of Chinapost and Telecom companies.
