摘  要:本文介绍了一种采用双曲柄连杆机构的高速单缸柴油机.由于活塞基本上不承受侧向载荷,摩擦损失较小.试验结果证明,新型柴油机的燃油消耗率比常规的同类型机器低15g/(kW·h)左右.文中有对新型柴油机摩擦损失的简要分析,初步揭示了其摩擦损失降低的原因.A single-cylinder high-speed diesel engine with dual symmetric crank-conrod mechanism was developed and tested on a dynamometer test bed. The target envisaged in development program was to reduce piston-cylinder friction by eliminating side thrust caused by conventional simple crank-conrod mechanism. Dynamometer tests verified the envisagement, showing bsfc of new type engine was lowered by 15 g/(kW· h) than that of equivalent conventional engine. Friction analyses for the new engine were performed to reveal reasons for friction reduction in the new engine.
