摘　　要：鱼雷武器系统的寿命周期费用是一种在较长时期内发生的费用,必须考虑时间价值。采用三角模糊数来表示利率和通货膨胀率,根据a截集和决策者乐观程度指标l进行模糊区间运算,得出各年度费用向基准财年折算的折算率,再根据折算率对鱼雷武器系统各年度费用进行折算。这种方法可以正确把握处理模糊问题的尺度,减少人为干扰。Life cycle cost for torpedo weapon system is lasted for a long length of time, so the time value of the cost must be taken into account. Adopts triangle fuzzy number to show the interest rate and inflation rate. The convert rate from different year to benchmark year can be gained based on level sets and optimistic index, and then the cost of the torpedo weapon system in different year can be converted to the same year. This method can grasp the yardstick of how to treat the fuzzy factors and can reduce the influence of human beings.
