摘　　要：随着电子计算机用户的大量增加。电源系统的功率因数已成为主要问题 ,本文将介绍国家新一代认证标准———“3C”标准。以及功率因素校正的具体解决方案及其国外功率因素校正 (PFC)As digital computer users have greatly increased, the power factor of electricity supply system has become a significant problem. The author will discuss a new generation of national authentication standard——'3C' standard ,he also introduces the specific solution to the power factor correction .and foreign new technology of the power factor correction.
