加强芯片设计开发工作 提高我国信息产业的自主创新能力

摘　　要：本文介绍了世界集成电路技术的发展趋势和我国“90 9”工程的进展情况 ,论述了当前加强芯片设计开发工作的紧迫性 ,提出 :针对国内市场需求 ,既要重视各类中低档集成电路的设计开发 ,又要集中精干力量 ,设计开发新一代信息产品中的关键芯片 ,努力掌握系统级芯片的设计技术。同时提出了壮大我国芯片设计队伍的意见。This paper introduces the developing trend of the world IC technologies and the advancement of 909 Projeet in China.And it expounds the urgency of the derelopment and desyn of IC,therefove pointing out that to meet the demainds in domestic market we must not only attach the importane to the design and development of chips of lower and meduim grades,but also concentrate the best personnel to design and de velop the key chips for the informatcon produets of the new generation and try to master the IC technology of system-grade.This paper also put forward the suggstion for increasing the designg forces & chips in China.
