摘  要:采用自制催化剂,对异丁醛液相氧化制异丁酸的工艺进行考察。结果表明,在反应温度20-50℃、氧醛摩尔比1.2:1、催化剂用量占异丁醛总质量的0.01%-0.05%、反应时间3-4 h条件下,异丁醛转化率大于99.5%,异丁酸选择性在90%以上,分离精制后异丁酸产品纯度高于99.3%。The process for synthesizing isobutyric acid from isobutyraldehyde was examined using self - made catalyst. The result showed the conversions of isobutyraldehyde and the selectivity of isobutyric acid were 99.5% and 90% respectively,and the purity of isobutyric acid after refining was more than 99.3% under the following conditions : the reaction temperature 20-50 ℃, the molar ratio of oxygen to isobutyraldehyde 1.2:1, the amount of catalyst used 0.01%-0.05%(based on isobutyraldehyde amount used) and reaction time 3-4 hours.
