摘 要:介绍了稠油开采过程中因稠油粘度过高采用的物理与化学相结合的降粘方法。对碱、表面活性剂及催化剂降低克拉玛依稠油粘度的效果进行评价,碱含量为0.06%时,降粘率约80%;优选表面活性剂配方,其降粘率达99.4%;催化剂用量为0.05%时,降粘率达93%以上。并将碱、表面活性剂及催化剂以0.06%:0.5%:0.05进行复配(以降粘稠油体系计),制备的复合降粘剂使稠油粘度从19 300 mPa·s降到47 mPa·s,降粘率达99.64%以上。A method to reduce the viscosity of crude oil in oil production using combination of chemical and physical viscosity - reducing means was introduced. NaOH as base, surfactants and catalysts used as viscosity reducers in crude oil were evaluated with efficiency of 80% ,99.4% and 93% respectively when 0.06% base(based on total system),optimized surfactants and 0.05% catalyst were used seperately. When the compostion containing base,surfactants, and catalyst (in mass ratio of 0.06%:0.5%:0.05% based on total system) was used, the viscosity of crude oil was decreased from 19 300 mPa·s to 47 mPa·s with the efficiency in viscosity reducing 99.64% .
