摘  要:以TiGeW12O40/TiO2为催化剂,对硬脂酸[CH3(CH2)16COOH]与葡萄糖(C6H12O6)的液相酯化反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、酸糖摩尔比、带水剂用量等对合成葡萄糖硬脂酸酯的影响。结果表明,在硬脂酸与葡萄糖摩尔比1.2:1、催化剂用量占反应物总量的6%、反应温度110℃、反应时间2 h、带水剂甲苯用量20 mL条件下,葡萄糖硬脂酸酯的收率为89%。Liquid esterification of stearic acid and glucose using TiGeW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction conditions including amount of catalyst, the molar ratio of stearic acid to glucose, the volume of water - carrying agent on the yield of ester were examined. The result showed that the yield of glucose stearate could be 89 % under optimum reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of stearic acid to glucose was 1.2:1, dosage of catalyst 6% (based on the total reactants) ,the reaction temperature 110 ℃ ,and reaction time 2 hours.
