抗晕片 治疗梅尼埃病120例临床研究报告

摘　　要：目的 :考察抗晕片治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法 :选择符合诊断标准的梅尼埃病患者120例 ,分为抗晕片治疗组90例 ,眩晕停对照组30例进行临床对照观察 ,主要观察其5项主症、发作情况及V值、纯音听阈及语言识别率等指标。结果 :治疗组总有效率(92.22%)较对照组(86.67%)有显著性差异(P<0.05) ;两组治疗后主症总积分及差值、发作情况及V值、纯音听阈及语言识别率均较治疗前有显著性差异(P均<0.01) ,而两组间对照亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :抗晕片具平肝祛风、健脾化痰、益气祛瘀之功效 ,用于治疗梅尼埃病疗效较好 ,值得进一步深入研究。Object: To invest the therapeutic effect of Kangyun tables in treating Meniere's disease. Method: To select 120 cases with Meniere's disease coinciding the medical standard, divided them into 90 cases of the treatment group with Kangyun tables、 30 cases of the control group with Xuanyunting, and had a clinical observation with the following main observation indexes: five main symptoms、the condition of attack、the coefficient “V'、the hearing threshold of pure tone and the language recognizing ratio. Result: There are marked difference among the treatment group with an total effective rates of 92.22% and the control group with that of 86.67%. The marked difference also could be found in the total integral and the difference of main symptoms、the condition of attack、the coefficient“V'、the hearing threshold of pure tone and the language recognizing ratio,after and before treatment in every groups(P<0.01), and in the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Kangyun tables have effect of calming the liver to stop the wind、strengthening the function of the stomach and resolving phlegm、replenishing Qi to remove phlegm. They have a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of Meniere's disease , they are worth taking further steps to research.
