摘 要:探讨选择和改进食管支架编织结构的方法。采用砝码吊重法测量六种编织结构的网格状钛镍记忆合金食管支架的支撑力。在网格状钛镍记忆合金食管支架的编织结构中,编织角、编织丝数、编织丝径对食管支架的支撑力的影响有不同的特征。各种编织结构的网格状食管支架对各种类型的食管狭窄有相应的适应症,临床应用时应正确选用。This paper explores the ways and means of selecting and improving the braided arrangements of woven-type esophageal stents made of Ti-Ni shape memory alloy. The resistance of 6 stents to the radial compression was measured by hanging various weights respectively. In various braided arrangements of woven-type esophageal stents, the braided angle, monofilament or double filaments and the filament diameter have their different influences on the resistance of esophageal stents to the radial compression. A suitable braided arrangement of a woven-type esophageal stent for certain indications of the esophageal structure should be strictly and correctly selected in clinical applications.
