摘　　要：阐述了传感器的基本结构和工作原理,重点介绍了生物敏感膜的制备方法并给出了用该传感器和快速尿素酶药盒对感染了幽门螺杆菌的13例患者进行临床试验的比较结果。This paper describes the structure and basic working principle of a type of helicobacter pylori(Hp) sensor. This sensor is based on ion sensitive field effect transistor(ISFET) for the Hp detection. It has a lot of advantages such as high speed and low cost. Biosensitive membrane's preparation method and some experiment results are given too.
