摘 要:以核辐射诱变育成的长穗颈不育系 (eA系 )及原不育系 (A系 )为材料 ,早晚种两季 ,对eA系与A系的包穗与节间长、花器及若干其它重要农艺性状做了比较研究。结果表明 ,eui基因对缓解大多数不育系包穗有明显作用 ,对部分不育系可以基本解除包穗。eui基因对多数不育系倒一节间长、颖花长与株高有显著增效 ,对不育度基本无影响。eui1基因的效应强于eui2基因。CMS lines possessing eui genes (eA lines) developed through nucleus radiation and their corresponding original CMS lines (A lines) were used as materials and planted them in two cropping seasons. The comparison studies on the lengths of sheathed panicles, internodes, floral traits and some other important agronomic traits for these CMS lines were carried out. The results showed that eui gene had significant effect on the panicle exertion of most of the CMS lines, resulting in unsheathed panicles in part of them. The sheathed panicles for part of the CMS lines could be basically removed. The gene of eui could greatly increase the length of the uppermost internode, spike and the plant height, with no effect on the male sterility. The effect of eui1 was much stronger than that of eui2 . The effect of eui gene could be changed with different genetic backgrounds and growing seasons.
