摘　　要：目的　研究葛根素对伴冠心病食管、胃癌手术患者心肌缺血的预防作用。方法　选伴冠心病的食管癌或胃癌择期根治手术患者 5 0例 ,随机分葛根素治疗组和对照组 ,各 2 5例。葛根素治疗组于麻醉前30min开始静滴葛根素 0 .2 5g +5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml,对照组只静滴 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml。于麻醉前 4 5min、术后1h、8h两组分别抽取静脉血送检心肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnⅠ )。结果　术后 1h、8h葛根素组血浆cTnⅠ浓度明显均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　葛根素能有效地预防冠心病患者胸腹部手术期间的心肌缺血损伤。Objective To look for the preventive effect of Puerarin Injection on myocardial ischemia in esophageal camcer and stomaeh cancer patients with coronary heart disease after operation. Methods Fifty patients of esophageal or gastric cancer complicated with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into the therapeutic and control groups with 25 patients in each group.Patients in the therapeutic group received 0.25g puerarin injection together with 5% glucose 250ml,while the control group only received 5% glucose 250ml, 30 munites before the operation. Cardiac troponin I(cTnⅠ)was tested repeatedly 45 minutes before anesthesia,one hour and 8 hours after the operation with blood taken from the vein of the patients in both groups. Results The concentration of cTnⅠ in the therapeutic group was obviously lower than that of the control group one hour or 8 hours after the operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Puerarin injection could effectively prevent injuries caused by myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease during operation in the thoracic and abdominal region.
