摘  要:建立了新疆紫草中总萘醌含量的测定方法。采用紫外光分光光度法,以氯仿作溶媒,在516nm处测定吸光度,计算紫草中总萘醌的含量。测得值结果表明:左旋紫草素对照品浓度在5~25mg L,浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程A=25.282C+0.0061,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为101.0%,RSD为0.88%;紫草中总萘醌的含量为3.94%。本法灵敏、准确、简便,可用于新疆紫草中总萘醌的含量测定。To establish the method of determining the content of total naphthoquinones in Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,we use chloroform as solvent to determine the absorbency in 516nm and calculate the content of total naphthaoquinones in Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.The results show the concentration of shikonin in range of 5~25mg/L.It appears fine linearity relation with absorbency,and the regression equation is A=25.282C+0.0061,r=(0.9999.)The average recovery of adding sample is 101.0%;RSD is 0.88%.The total content in Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst was measured 3.94%.The method is sensitive and accurate and can be used to determine the content of total naphthoquinones in Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.
