摘　　要：通过对黑龙江城镇发展的现状及存在问题的分析 。Based on an analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of the township system in Heilongjiang Province, the paper works out the preliminary prospect of township system development in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward the basic thoughts and suggestions on how to realize this system.
