摘　　要：近年来动态血压监测的广泛应用 ,对血压昼夜变异规律及临床意义有了深入的了解 ,本文就清晨高血压、夜间高血压的发病机制、与靶器官损害的关系、药物控制研究的最新进展作一综述。With the broad application of dynamic blood pressure monitoring on clinical experience in recent years, we have gotten further knowledge on change regulation of blood pressure day and night and its clinical meaning. This article will intend to sum up the new progress about pathogenesis of hypertension in morning, hypertension in evening, the relation to the target organs damage, and the researches of drugs controlment.
