摘　　要：2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,国际银行业并购浪潮愈演愈烈 ,给我国银行业的发展带来巨大的冲击。为此 ,继续深化金融体制改革 ,正确选择我国商业银行的成长路径已成当务之急。本文认为 ,积极参与国际并购无疑是增强商业银行国际竞争力、快速迈向国际市场的有效对策。Since 1990's,the international banking M&A wave gave the development of Chinese baning big shock.To deep the revolution of financial system,it is very necessary for Chinese banking to choose developing route.This issue states that Chinese banking should take an actively part in the international banking M&A to strength the competitive power and enter the international market.
