摘　　要：芯片上的实验室是集样品的制备、进样、分离、衍生化、检测于一体的微型装置 ,在过去的十几年里受到广泛关注。本文综述了芯片毛细管电泳 (CE) -电化学检则 (CE)的进展 ,阐述了该系统的基本构成、进样方式、检测器安装及应用等。Lab-on-a-chip devices have generated considerable interest over the past ten years due to the fact that sample preparation,injection,separation,derivatization,and detection can be integrated into one miniaturized device.This review reports progress in the development of microfabricated analytical systems based on microchip capillary electrophoresis (CE) with electrochemical detection(EC).The basic components necessary for microchip CEEC are described,including sample injection,microchip material,electrode alignment and applications.
