注射用头孢他啶他唑巴坦钠的急性毒性研究

摘　　要：为观察注射用头孢他啶他唑巴坦钠(3∶1和5∶1)对小鼠和大鼠产生的毒性反应,笔者按《新药研究指南(西药)》的毒性试验要求对其进行研究.结果表明:注射用头孢他啶他唑巴坦钠(3∶1和5∶1)急性毒性试验以静脉注射给药的半数致死量(LD50),小鼠分别大于5.45g·kg-1和6.0g·kg-1,大鼠分别大于4.26g·kg-1和3.84g·kg-1,提示注射用头孢他啶他唑巴坦钠临床用药毒性小.According to the requirement of Research Guideline of New West Medicines,the acute toxicity of ceftazidime and tazobactam sodium for injection(3∶1 and (5∶1)) on rats and mice was studied,The results showed that in the mice's acute toxicity test for ceftazidium and tazobactam sodium for injection(3∶1 and (5∶1)),the 50% lethal doses(LD_(50))were respectively more than 5.45 g·kg^(-1) and 6.0 g·kg^(-1) by vein injection; and in the rats' acute toxicity test,the LD_(50) were respectively more than 4.26 g·kg^(-1) and 3.84 (g·kg^(-1)) by vein injection.All these indicated that the ceftazidime and tazobactam sodium injection had a lower toxicity in clinical practice.
