摘　　要：大学城的建设并不仅仅是教育产业化发展的必然,它对区域经济的影响也是巨大的。本文从五 个方面分析了大学城的集成效应,指出大学城的建设是一个长期过程,同时分析了由此在大学城建设过程中 产生的种种问题。The construction of university town is not only the necessity of the development of education in-dustry, but also influences the regional economy. Based on the analysis of the five aspects of the integration effect of the university town, the paper points out that it is a long time to construct the university town. In the end, the paper lists the problems arising in the construction of the university town.
