摘　　要：背信罪是违背信任侵犯财产的犯罪。通过对中外一些刑法关于背信罪的规定的比较,揭示背信 罪的犯罪特征。为了惩罚背信罪,保护财产权,我国刑法应增设背信罪的罪名、罪状和法定刑。Breach of trust is the crime of breach of trust and infringement of property rights. Compared with different regulations about breach of trust in Chinese and foreign criminal law, the characteristics of breach of trust are revealed. In order to punish breach of trust and protect the property rights, accusation, facts about the crime and prescribed penalty of breach of trust ought to be added in the Criminal Law of our country.
