摘　　要：针对锅炉集箱端盖存在大量外圆相同但高度不同的情况,采用此种工艺改进可以减少模具用量并减少材料消耗和机加余量。According to the situation that most boiler header top covers have the same outside circumfe rence but different height, this kind of technology are invited to decrease the quantity of the dies,consumption of the material and also the machine margin.
