摘 要:在稀硫酸介质中,痕量铁(III)对磺酸基阴离子花菁在770nm处的长波吸收具有明显的减色效应.最佳条件下,降低的吸收峰强度与铁(III)的浓度间呈现良好的线形关系,从而建立了近红外测定痕量铁的分光光度新方法.线性范围为5-30ng/mL,检测限为4.8ng/mL,对15ng/mL的铁标准液进行7次平行测定,相对标准偏差为4.0%.该法具有红区测量光谱干扰小的优点,用于铝合金样品中铁含量测定,结果令人满意.The hypochromic effect of a trace amount of iron (III) on the absorbance of anionic sulphonated cyanine at 770 nm was observed in dilute sulfuric acid medium. A novel near-infrared spectrophotometric method for iron determination was developed, based on the good linear relationship between the decreased absorbance and the concentration of iron under the optimal conditions. The linearrange of the calibration curves was 5 -30 ng/mL with the detection limit of 4.8 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation (n=7) was 4.0 %for 15 ng/mL of iron (III). The method bore the merit of low interference due to the near-infrared measurement. It was applied to the determination of iron in aluminum alloy samples with satisfactory results.
