摘　　要：针对4#炉发生炉缸烧穿事故原因进行分析，指出纵向环流引起蒜头状碳砖浸蚀，不是导致这起烧穿事故的原因，超期服役以及铁1：7恶劣的工作环境中存在着不稳定的通道或裂缝才是冷却壁及炉皮烧穿的主要原因，文中并指出了今后护炉的方向。Based on the analysis of No. 4 blast furnace heart burning penetration, it shows that instead of garlic shape carbon brick etching resulting from longitudinal circulating current, the main cause is overtime service and unstable ducts or cracks at the adverse iron notch condition. The recommendations for the further furnace maintenance are put forward.
