摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量。采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱、流动相为甲醇∶水(V∶V)=70∶30,用紫外检测器检测。测定了蔬菜中甲1605和久效磷两种常用有机磷农药的残留量。该法相关性好,线性范围广,精密度高,准确度好。To determine organopho sphorus pesticide residue in vegetables by high-performance liquid chromatography, 2 kinds of organopho sphorus pesticide were simultaneously seperated on chromatographic C18 column by mobile phase of mixture of methanol and water (V∶V) at a rate of 70∶30 in volume,and determined with double-wavelength detector at 263nm and 223nm. The results showed that two kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues (Methy parathion and Monocrotophos) had been determined in a certain vegetable This method was simply applied in determination of pesticides in vegetable samples in high sensitivity.
