客车空气压缩机皮带轮断裂失效分析

摘　　要：运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析仪器,研究了某客车空气压缩机皮带轮断裂的原因。结果表明,该空气压缩机的皮带轮辐条与轮毂、轮盘连接处产生应力集中现象,是导致该处出现裂纹并发生疲劳断裂的主要原因。针对以上问题提出了改进建议。With the metallographic microscope,the scanning electron microscope and the energy spectrometer,causes for breaking down of the air compressor pulley of a bus are studied.It is shown that stress concentration at the join ing of the spoke with the hub and the rim is the main cause for occurring cracks and then breaking down at the points.The mod-ification proposals for the problem are presented.
