摘　　要：通过对学术界关于发展权定义的不同观点加以总结和评析,文章提出了界定发展权的新方式,认为定义发展权应当把握其在内容上的本质属性和形式上的基本特征,并由此提升出发展权的科学定义。There are a variety of definitions of the right to development in the academic community.After a review and consideration of these definitions, this author puts forward a new method to define the right to development. In the author's opinion,to formulate a scientific and sophisticate definition of the right, it is of great significance for us to get a hold of the characteristics of the right's nature and its formalities.
