摘　　要：用模拟土壤水分胁迫方法 ,采用高渗透性能的 PEG 6 0 0 0作为水分胁迫剂 ,探索对杂交玉米品种进行萌芽期的抗旱鉴定的方法 ,对贵州常用的 10个杂交玉米种进行了相应的抗旱性能鉴定。证明了该方法适宜用于玉米种子萌芽期的抗旱性能鉴定。By imitating the soil moisture content and losing the method to lack, explore the performance method that a kind of qualification hybrid maize drought-resistant. Have carried on corresponding performance of drought-resistant to appraise to 10 commonly used hybrid maize kinds of Guizhou.Have proved that this method is suitable for appraising for the performance of drought-resistant of the maize seed.
