老年糖尿病人人工股骨头置换术的康复指导

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病人人工股骨头置换术的康复护理指导。方法对1999年10月～2003年8月我科方收治的38例人工股骨头置换术的老年糖尿病人进行止痛、心理、饮食、功能锻炼等方面的康复训练。结果38例病结人都能主动配合护士的康复指导,病情恢复快,术后自理能力和健康知识的掌握较入院前明显提高。30例病人能够达到生活完全自理,8例因年老体弱需要家属协助。结论护士正确的康复指导对老年糖尿病人人工股骨头置换术的愈结合非常重要。s Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing instructions of the artificial femoral head of old diabetic. Methods 38 cases of artificial femoral head replacement were collected from the October of 1999 to the August of 2003, and respectively study the rehabilitation instructions such as relieve pain, psyche, diet, functional training and so. Results All patients can initiatively cooperated nurse to rehab, the patient’s condition recovered quickly, the self-care ability after operation and the mast of health knowledge of post-hospitalization was more than that of pre-hospitalization. 30 cases of all could did full self-care, 8 cases of physically weak did it with family member help. Conclusions The correct rehabilitation instruction of nurse is importance to the healing of the replacement operation of artificial femoral head of the old age diabetic.
