摘  要:对某水电站水轮机蜗壳三种结构形式的静力分析表明,充水保压蜗壳具有混凝土内应力均匀、拉应力值较小等优点,有利于机组的安全稳定运行。提出了一种新的保温浇筑混凝土的施工工艺,该工艺可以和充水保压蜗壳一样在钢蜗壳周围产生预留缝隙,达到减小混凝土应力的效果。通过与充水保压方案相比较,探索了保温浇筑混凝土施工工艺的可行性。This article performed a static analysis on three structural patterns of a spiral case. The results indicate that it is beneficial for the safe and steady operation of hydroturbine by adopting the spiral case keeping constant internal pressure because of its advantages of more uniform distribution of stress, less tensile stress. At the same time, a new method for the construction of spiral case, namely keeping a constant temperature of steel spiral case during placement of concrete, was put forward. This new method can theoretically produce a gap between steel and concrete, and therefore reduce the stress of concrete. And a discussion of the feasibility of this method to be used in practice was carried out.
