日粮中添加乙酸钠对滩羊瘤胃及机体代谢的影响

摘　　要：本试验是在冬季寒冷和牧草短缺的条件下,研究滩羊日粮中添加乙酸钠对其瘤胃及机体代谢的影响.试验结果表明:试验组每天在日粮中添加乙酸钠50克,可使瘤胃液的PH值升高;对瘤胃液总的缓冲容量虽无明显影响,但在采食精料后缓冲容量明显上升.此外,试验组还表现瘤胃容积增加,瘤胃内容物的后排速度加快,瘤胃微生物对饲料蛋白的降解减少,瘤胃液中氨态氮的含量和浓度降低,而挥发性脂肪酸的含量提高.由于乙酸钠对动物的综合营养作用,试验组产羔母羊30天平均体重比对照组少下降0.99公斤(P<0.05),所产羔羊30天平均体重比对照组多增重0.50公斤(P<0.001).To find the influences of adding sodium acetate in diet upon Tan-sheep cud and organic metabolism, a trial was conducted in cold winter with a shortage of pasturage. The results showed that adding 50g of sodium acetate in the experimental sheep/s diet every day raised pH incud fluid and caused an obvious effect on total cud buffer capacity though it went up after the sheep were fed with concentrated feed. In addition, the sheep showed an increase of cud volume, a quicker backward emiss on velocity of cud contents, a less degration of feed protein by microoganism, a decline of ammonical nutrogen content and concentration in cud fluid but a rise of volative fatty acid content. Ow ing to the multi-nourishing function of sodium acetate, ewes among the sheep, after their giving birth, got an average weight reduction of 0.99kg within 30 days in comparison with the control (P<0.05) and the nwely born lambs gained a weight rise of 0.5kg (P<0.001) within 30 days over the control averagely.
