摘　　要：投资率和投资增长率的合理区间是一个历史范畴,不可能长期固定不变。只不过,在一定时期,这样一个区间还是相对稳定的。因此,在实施宏观管理的过程中,必须考虑投资率和投资增长率的合理区间的选择与确定问题。Rational inter-region of investment rate and investment increase rate is a historical catejgory, and it is impossible to be fixed. However, this inter-region is still relatively stable during certain period. Therefore, the selection and decision of the rational inter-region of investment rate and investment increase rate must be taken into consideration when macro-management is been practising.
