摘　　要：CEPA的实施为湖南与港澳的经贸交流合作提供了更广阔的空间和机遇。服务业对香港的提前开放,为湖南借香港高度发达的服务业之力,迅速做强做大本省服务业提供了难得的发展机遇。因此,我们要以更加积极的姿态,去迎接或去"抢"这个机会,在服务领域扩大对港招商力度,借助香港服务业优势,加快我省服务业的发展。The implement of CEPA, has provided more expansive space and opportunity for economy and trade exchange between Hunan with Hong Kong and Macao,and it is the opportunity for Hunan to strengthen service by means of the developed service in Hong Kong. So we should actively meet or vie for the opportunity and expend the dynamics of canvass business orders for Hong Kong.
