摘　　要：信赖保护原则是行政法上的—般原则 ,其集中体现于可撤销行政行为适用问题上 ,具体适用于对行政相对方与第三人信赖利益的保护上。同时行政法治的健全完善需要对可撤销行政行为之信赖保护制度进行创新 。Trust the protection principle is the general principle of the administration method, its concentrated body now in can cancel the administration behavior orientation problem up, be applicable to in a specific way to opposite wquare of administration with the third people trusts the benefits of protection up. At the same time the sound and perfect demand of the administration rule of law include the choice that the administration method oneself studies the path towards can cancel the trust protection system of the administration behavior to carry on the innovation.
