摘　　要：结合吉林燃料乙醇工程中斜底储罐和盘梯的安装实践,分别介绍了斜底储罐和盘梯的施工方法。针对斜底储罐的特点,给出了底圈壁板高度的计算公式,从而可精确地进行底圈壁板的下料;通过在底圈壁板上口铺设环形平台,可方便地进行储罐的倒装施工。文章还从盘梯侧板、踏步板的下料、组对、焊接等方面归纳总结了盘梯整体预制安装方法。Combined with the installation practice in Jilin fuel ethanol project,the construction methods of tank with oblique bottom and winder are separately discu ssed.According to the calculation formula of bottom ring wall height,the layin g off of bottom ring wall plates can be made accurately.By means of annulus pl atform located above the bottom ring wall,the tank inverted construction can be im-plemented expediently.Besides,the paper summarizes the integrated prefabr ication and installation methods for winder in aspects of laying off,assembly a nd welding of winder side boards and tread boards.
