摘　　要：本建筑属寒冷地区的乙类高层医疗建筑,抗震设防烈度为8度。结合医疗建筑平面的特点,采用防震缝将其分为5个合理的结构单元。文章分别介绍了基础设计、上部结构的处理和特殊的构造措施。This is a 2nd class tall medical building in cold area, with fortification of 8-degree seismic intensity. Based on the feature of plain in this medical building, it is divided into 5 appropriate structural units with their seismic joints. The paper gives an introduction to the design of foundation, treatment of superstructure and special details of structure.
