某汞污染地区渔民驱汞实验研究

摘　　要：通过对某汞污染地区渔民及农民的驱汞实验研究(服用驱汞片),评价了渔民体内的甲基汞蓄积量,分析了驱汞条件下尿甲基汞的排泄规律。结果,现役渔民驱汞前尿甲基汞排泄量为0.50μg/24h,10天驱汞实验最大排泄量为13.62μg/24h,是驱汞前的27.24倍;排泄量曲线出现双峰,分别集中在第1天和第6天。Via administration of tabletls, a tenday internal Hg drive-away experimental study was conducted among fishermen and peasants of a certain Hgwater pollution area, evaluating the amount of Hg accumulation in these subjects, analyzing the excretion pattern & regularity of urinary methylmercury. The results showed that, the average value of urinary methylmercury of on-active-duty fishermen before the outset of the drive-away experiment was 0.5μg/24h, while during the ten-day experimen, the highest urinary methylmercury excretion rose up to 13.62ug/24h, 26.24 times qreater than the former; besides, the ten-day dynamic excretion curve presented double peaks at the 1st & 6th day respectively.
