摘　　要：用分光光度法直接测定薯果类疏菜中铁的含量 ,方法简便、快速、准确 ,对指导人们合理食用薯果类疏菜进行补铁及进一步开发薯果类疏菜产品提供了可靠的理论依据。the paper introduce one method that content of the i ron in the potato and the fruit of the vegetable even determined by spectrophoto metry ,the method is simple, rapidly and aural ,The result provides the theoret ical basis for guiding elope reasonably to eat the potato and the fruit of the v egetables to replenish the iron and exploiting the product of the potato and the fruit of vegetables.
