磺化煤制备方法的研究

摘　　要：试验研究了褐煤制磺化煤的制备方法及磺化温度、磺化时间、酸煤比等因素对产物磺化煤的离子交换活性的影响。最佳优化条件为 :磺化温度 12 0～ 16 0℃ ,磺化时间 10h ,酸煤质量比 4 ∶1。The preparation methods of sulfonated coal and factors such as sulfonation time, sulfonation temperature and ratio of acid to coal etc. influencing the ion-exchange activities of the products are studied. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows : sulfonation temperature 120～160 ℃, time 10h, and the mass ratio of acid to coal 4 ∶1.
