摘　　要：目的　建立和保存白裤瑶B淋巴母细胞永生细胞株。方法　采用EB病毒转化外周血B淋巴细胞 ,同时加环孢菌素A法。结果　成功地建立了含有 4 4株永生细胞的白裤瑶永生细胞库。供血者身体健康 ,三代均为白裤瑶。结论　建立永生细胞库 ,可永久保存白裤瑶特有的基因组 ,为民族起源、演进和遗传多样性的研究提供细胞资源。Objective To establish and preserve the immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines of the Baiku Yao population in china. Methods The way of cyclosporin A in establishing Epstain Barr virus transformed human lymphoblastoid cell lines has been used. Results The bank contains 44 immortal cell lines of the Baiku Yao was established. All the blood donors are healthy and free of intermarriage with other nationalities or different nationality branches for 3 generations. Conclusions The immortalized cell bank would preserved the unique genome of the Baiku Yao, and is an important part of the origin, progression and human genetic diversity of different nationalities.[
