摘　　要：管理的核心是"人".一个组织效率的高低,成功与否,人力资源水平起着重要的作用.笔者通过此文就体育产业管理组织人力资源开发的基本概念,意义及途径进行研究.The core of the management is person.The efficiency of an organization is high or low,and it is successful or unsuccessful,the level of human resource acts as important function.Through this article the author researched the basic concept,meaning and path of the development and use of human resource in the administrant organization of sports industry.
