摘　　要：目的观察平时重型颅脑损伤患者入院3d内所接受的直接护理项目及时数,探讨未来海战重型颅脑损伤伤员的救治护理特点,以确定护理培训内容,提出预见性管理。方法采用PRN分类方法统计39名重型颅脑损伤患者入院24、48、72h所接受的护理项目及时数,为适应战时的需要,经过三轮医疗、护理专家的筛选,将5类31项直接护理项目作为筛选后保留项目。结果重型颅脑损伤患者在入院72h内接受的直接护理时数很高,其筛选后项目第1个24h内所接受的直接护理时数与第2、第3个24h内所接受的护理时数在统计学上不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);其中治疗、诊断、呼吸类护理项目接受人次多,护理比重大。结论重型颅脑损伤患者伤后72h内护理工作量巨大,且前3d之间工作量无显著性差异。Objective To observe the direct nursing items and time span within 3 days after hospitalization of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and probe into the nursing characteristics of treating patients with severe craniocerebral injury in the future sea war so as to ascertain training contains and come up with foreseeable management. Methods The nursing items and time span in 39 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were recorded at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h using PRN categorization method. In order to meet the needs at wartime, 31 direct nursing items in 5 categories were screened out as remained items after 3 rounds screening by medical and nursing experts. Results The time span was the biggest at 72h after hospitalization in the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. For all the items after screening, the direct nursing time span at the first 24 h was not different from the second and the third 24 h statistically (P>0.05). Among them, treatment, diagnosis and such nursing items as respiration involved the largest number of patients, and nursing had most proportion. Conclusion The nursing volume is the largest in 72 h in caring patients with severe craniocerebral injury and the nursing volume has no difference for the first 3 day.
