中药敷脐治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的效果观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中药敷脐治疗肝硬化难治性腹水的疗效及护理要点。方法选择100例肝硬化难治性腹水患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用基础治疗及护理加中药敷脐,对照组只用基础治疗及护理。结果观察组总有效率为76%,对照组总有效率为46%(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐及合理的护理配合对治疗肝硬化难治性腹水有明显的疗效。Objective To probe into the therapeutic effect of navel administration Chinese traditional medicine in treatment of refractory ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis as well as the nursing points. Methods 100 cases of refractory ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups: the observational group and the control group; the former received basic treatment and nursing plus navel administration with Chinese traditional medicine and the latter only basic treatment and nursing. Results The total effectiveness rates were 76% and 46% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The navel administration with Chinese traditional medicine combined with nursing renders apparent therapeutic effect on refractory ascites induced by hepatocirrhosis.
