摘　　要：通过对17例颈髓前后方同时受压手术病人护理总结,认为加强术前心理护理,做好气管食管推移训练,术后观察生命体征的变化,加强引流管的护理,术后颈部制动及做好康复指导,是有效减少并发症的发生,确保手术效果和促进病人康复的保证。The authors summarized their experience in caring 17 cervical spinal cord compression patients, arguing that enhancement of preoperative mental care, training of trachea and oesophagus pushing training, postoperative observation of vital signs, enhanced management of drains, postoperative cervical immobilization and instructions of rehabilitation were the guarantee for lessening complications, achieving good surgical effect and promoting their rehabilitation.
