摘　　要：运用行为分解法和目标管理模式中的基本原理 ,根据体育学院教研室教学工作实际情况 ,构建了综合评价教研室教学工作状态的指标体系及测评方法。Target system and evaluational methods of how to evaluate the working state of technique teaching and research sections in P.E. colleges were constructed in the light of the reality and with disassembling methods and the basic principles in goal management model.
